OUR ROOKIE YEAR!

The 2025-2026 season marked our inaugural year—a truly foundational chapter for our team. As rookies, we dove headfirst into the DECODE challenge, an archaeology-inspired game where we designed and built a robot to collect and classify 'artifacts' into alliance goals and coordinate complex motif patterns on the field.

Balancing the technical demands of a new environment with the excitement of competition, we finished our foundational year with plenty of victories and a solid roadmap for the future.
MEET our robot, BECCA
Becca is more than just a robot—she’s 100 hours of innovation in motion. Outfitted with custom 3D printed gear, a spindexer for rapid scoring, and Limelight vision tracking, she powered us through two competitions in our debut season. From CAD to the competition floor, Becca represents the best of our team's rookie year.

At our very first competition, we were honored to receive the Think Award, a prestigious recognition of our team’s documentation and strategic engineering process.

This was a proud moment for our rookie squad, proving that our girls can not only design and build complex machines but also meticulously document the 'why' behind every bolt. It’s a crucial skill for any future engineer, and we’re thrilled to see their hard work recognized so early on.
